Firefly logofirefly · HeyBraza shows you

how to remove background in adobe firefly

HeyBraza points at the 'remove background' tool in the edit-tab toolbar so you stop hunting through the generate screen.

removing a background in firefly is one click once you're in the right place - but the tool sits in the edit tab's left toolbar, and people look for it on the generate screen and give up. here's where it actually lives.

or do it yourself

  1. 1upload your image to firefly.adobe.com and open it in the 'edit' tab.
  2. 2select 'remove background' from the left toolbar - firefly isolates your subject automatically.
  3. 3if it cut off part of the subject, choose 'select less' and brush the edge back in.
  4. 4if it left stray background, brush over those areas to clean them up.
  5. 5download the result as a png to keep the transparent background.

let HeyBraza do this with you

HeyBraza is a tiny on-screen guide that points at the right buttons and talks you through it, on windows and mac.
