exporting a logo or graphic from canva and getting a white box behind it is a classic trap. there are two separate steps people miss - removing the background, then ticking the transparent-png option. here's both, in order.

- 1select your image, click 'edit photo' → 'background remover' to delete the background (canva pro).
- 2for a whole transparent design, make sure no background colour or photo is filling the page.
- 3click 'share' → 'download' and choose 'png'.
- 4tick 'transparent background' (a pro option) before you download.
- 5download - the saved png now has no white box.
